Will The Summer Make Good For All Our Sins

As this pop video played itself out, the music reminded me of something sub-Bjork. Amazingly for me, a quick Google search reveals I may have been on to something, as Mum (which I think must be pronounced Moom) are, like the former Sugarcube, from Iceland.

All of which isn't telling you much about the video. The song is ethereal and accompanied by an odd little collection of images. There's a hammer falling through space, a pile of maggots writhing about and what appears to be a statuette of a fertility goddess tumbling and spinning around.

It's fine, but nothing you won't have seen and heard before.
